How Couriers & Payments works

  1. 1

    Set your delivery prices

Charge one fee or use weight steps, set a price for each of the 77 districts, turn cash on delivery on or off by district, and offer free delivery over an amount or store pickup.

  2. 2

    Turn on how customers pay

In Payments, switch on cash on delivery, add your own bank or wallet QR, and connect your eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay or Stripe merchant details. Each method pays into your own account.

  3. 3

    Connect your courier

Connect your Pathao or Nepal Can Move merchant account once. Pick a default courier, or send Kathmandu Valley orders to one courier and the rest of Nepal to another.

  4. 4

    Submit orders and print labels

Select confirmed orders and press Submit to logistics. Adyvance shows how complete each address is before booking, then you print the shipping labels for all of them in one go.

  5. 5

    Match the courier's payment

When the courier pays you for delivered parcels, record the payment, add the parcels from its statement and match them to your COD orders. Shortfalls and fees show up, then you post it to your books.

What you can do with Couriers & Payments

Courier booking

Book Pathao and Nepal Can Move from one order or many selected orders. The tracking number, parcel status and label sit on the order.

Courier routing

Use one default courier, or route by area, for example Kathmandu Valley orders to one courier and orders outside the Valley to another.

Bulk labels

Print barcode shipping labels, invoices, pick lists and packing slips for many orders at once, on A6 label paper or A4, or save them as a PDF.

Parcel tracking

Follow each parcel from waiting pickup to in transit, out for delivery, delivered, delivery failed or returning, and filter the order list by parcel status.

COD reconciliation

Record what each courier pays you, match it to the parcels it covers and see what was paid short, with delivery and return fees taken. COD orders count as paid when the money arrives.

eSewa, Khalti and Fonepay

Take online wallet payments on your own merchant accounts. Adyvance asks the payment provider whether a payment went through before it marks an order paid.

Your own bank or wallet QR

Upload your own QR image. Customers scan it, pay and send a screenshot, and you see the screenshot before you confirm the money was received.

Cards and payment links

Take card payments through your own Stripe account on Stripe's own payment page, and send a payment link in a chat so a buyer can pay straight from the chat.

Delivery prices for all of Nepal

Price delivery for all 77 districts with one fee or weight steps, free delivery over an amount, express delivery and store pickup, and import or export the list as a CSV file.

Made for selling in Nepal

Cash on delivery comes first

Many buyers in Nepal prefer to pay on delivery. Adyvance lets you turn COD on or off by district, take an advance payment on a COD order, and see where each order's COD money is until it reaches you.

Local wallets and QR

Buyers pay the way they already do: eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR or a scan of your own bank or wallet QR.

Kathmandu Valley and the rest of Nepal

Delivery prices follow Nepal's districts, and courier routing can send Valley orders and outside-Valley orders to different couriers.

Your money and your keys stay yours

Payments go straight to your own accounts, and your payment and courier keys are stored encrypted for your shop only. Adyvance never holds your money.

Who Couriers & Payments is for

A Kathmandu seller shipping across Nepal

Books Valley parcels with one courier and outside-Valley parcels with another, and prints every label in one go.

A shop where most buyers pay on delivery

Matches each courier payment to its parcels, so short payments and return fees show up parcel by parcel.

A seller moving buyers to online payment

Offers eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and a bank QR next to cash on delivery, with the money landing in the seller's own accounts.

Questions About Couriers & Payments

Straight answers about Couriers & Payments in Adyvance.

Ask us on WhatsApp
How do I track cash on delivery money from Pathao?

Record each Pathao payment in Adyvance and match it to your parcels. Enter the amount received and the reference on the courier's statement, add the parcels from the statement, and Adyvance matches them to your COD orders. It shows any parcel paid short and the fees taken, and each order counts as paid once its money arrives. The same works for Nepal Can Move.

Can I accept eSewa and Khalti on my website?

Yes. Connect your own eSewa and Khalti merchant details in Adyvance and both appear at your store's checkout next to cash on delivery. The buyer pays in eSewa or Khalti and comes back to your store, and Adyvance checks with the provider before marking the order paid. The money goes to your own merchant account.

Does Adyvance hold my payment money?

No. Adyvance never holds a seller's money. eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay, QR and card payments go straight to the seller's own accounts, and cash on delivery money comes from the courier to the seller. Adyvance records the payments and matches them to orders, so you can see what has been paid and what is still due.

How do I book Pathao or Nepal Can Move parcels from my online store?

Connect your Pathao or Nepal Can Move merchant account in Adyvance, then select confirmed orders and press Submit to logistics. Adyvance books each parcel with your own courier account, stores the tracking number on the order and prints the shipping labels. Parcel status then updates on the order automatically.

How do I set delivery charges by district in Nepal?

Make a delivery price list in Adyvance. Set one fee or weight steps, then a price for each of Nepal's 77 districts, and choose where cash on delivery is allowed. You can add free delivery over an amount, express delivery and store pickup. Checkout then charges the right fee for the buyer's district.

Can my customers pay with Fonepay QR or a bank QR?

Yes, both. With Fonepay QR, Adyvance shows a QR for the exact order amount and checks with Fonepay when it is paid. With your own bank or wallet QR, the buyer scans it, pays and sends a screenshot, and you confirm the money after you see it. Either way the money goes to your account.

Can I take card payments on my store in Nepal?

Yes, through your own Stripe account. Buyers pay on Stripe's own payment page, so card numbers never touch Adyvance, and the money goes to your Stripe account. Stripe opens accounts only for businesses in the countries it supports, so card payments need a Stripe account from one of those countries.
