Move to Adyvance

Bring Your Shop With You

Move your products, photos, stock and customers from the platform you sell on now, or from a spreadsheet. Moving is free, Adyvance only reads from your old store, and nothing is saved until you check it.

Direct ConnectionSpreadsheet ImportImport Again

Two ways to move

Direct connection

Connect the store you have now and your catalogue comes across on its own.

  • Paste your store's address, or a key it gives you
  • Adyvance only reads; nothing in your old store changes
  • Keys are kept encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time
  • The import runs in the background while you keep working

Spreadsheet

Export your products from anywhere, or write them in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Save the sheet as a .csv file, up to 10 MB
  • Match your columns to Adyvance's fields; most are matched for you
  • A test run checks every row before anything is saved
  • Rows with a problem are listed, so you fix only those

How moving works

  1. 1

Pick where your shop is now

Choose the platform you sell on, Daraz, or a spreadsheet.

  2. 2

    Connect or upload

Paste the address or key for a direct connection, or upload your .csv file.

  3. 3

    Check, then import

See what was found and the rows that need fixing before anything is added.

  4. 4

    Import again any time

Each run only adds what is new, so you can sell in both places while you switch.

What comes across

Products and variants

Descriptions, sizes and colours, prices, sale prices, SKUs and barcodes.

Photos

Copied into your own Adyvance media library.

Categories and brands

Reused when you have them, created when you don't.

Stock

How many you have of each size or colour.

Customers

With their phone numbers, where your current platform shares them.

SEO titles and descriptions

So your search listings carry over.

Not yet: order history and reviews stay in your old platform for now.

Safe while you switch

Read only

Adyvance only reads from your old store. Nothing there is changed or deleted.

Encrypted keys

Any key you paste is stored encrypted and used only to read your catalogue.

Disconnect any time

Adyvance forgets the connection and deletes the key; what came across stays.

Nothing saved unchecked

Every row is tested first, and you see the result before it is imported.

Questions About Moving

Straight answers about moving your shop to Adyvance.

Ask us on WhatsApp
How do I move my online store to Adyvance?

Sign up free, open Move your store in the Adyvance admin and pick where your shop is now. Connect your current store directly, or upload your products as a .csv spreadsheet. Adyvance checks every row, brings across products, variants, photos, categories, brands and stock, and you can run it again later to add only new items.

Is moving to Adyvance free?

Yes. Moving your catalogue costs nothing, and you can start on the Free plan with no card. The import runs in the background, so you keep selling while your products come across.

Will anything change in my old store?

No. Adyvance only reads from your current store, and any key you paste is kept encrypted. You can disconnect at any time: Adyvance deletes the key, and everything already imported stays in your Adyvance store.

Can I import my products from Excel?

Yes. Write one row per product, or one per size or colour, with columns like Title, Price, SKU and Stock. Save the sheet as a .csv file and upload it. You match the columns, see a test run, and only then are the products added.

Can I move my Daraz products to my own website?

Yes. Export your products from Daraz Seller Center as an Excel file, save it as .csv and upload it to Adyvance. Your products then sell on your own Adyvance store, and Daraz orders can land in the same order list.

Do my orders and reviews come across?

Not yet. Products, variants, photos, categories, brands, stock and customers with a phone number come across today. Order history and reviews stay in your old platform for now.

What happens to rows with mistakes in my spreadsheet?

They are not imported. The test run lists every row with a problem and why, so you fix only those rows and upload again. Rows that were already imported are skipped the second time.
