Orders & POS at a glance

  • Adyvance puts orders from the online store, Daraz, Sampark chats, manual entry and the shop counter in one order list.
  • Every sale in Adyvance, whether on the website, on Daraz or at the counter, lowers one shared stock count.
  • The Adyvance POS adds items by barcode scanner, phone camera or product search, and takes cash or QR payments with the change worked out.
  • A paired Adyvance POS register keeps taking cash sales when the internet drops and syncs each sale once the connection is back.
  • Adyvance prints shipping labels, invoices, pick lists and packing slips for many orders at once, on A6 or A4 pages.
  • Adyvance orders and the POS run in the browser of a phone, tablet or computer.

How Orders & POS works

  1. 1

    Bring your channels in

Your Adyvance store takes orders from the day you sign up. Connect your Daraz seller account, and connect your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok chats in Sampark, so their orders arrive in the same list.

  2. 2

    Set up the counter

Create a register for each counter, pair the device it runs on and choose the location it sells from. Invite staff with their own accounts and give the person at the counter the Cashier role.

  3. 3

    Sell and take orders

At the counter, scan a barcode, take cash or QR and complete the sale with a receipt. Website and Daraz orders arrive on their own, and a chat becomes an order from inside Sampark.

  4. 4

    Confirm, pack and print

Confirm new orders, add your own labels, then print shipping labels, invoices, pick lists and packing slips for all selected orders in one go and submit them to your courier.

  5. 5

Follow every order to the end

Each order shows its status, payment and parcel. Handle returns and exchanges from the order, and the stock count follows every sale, cancellation and return.

What you can do with Orders & POS

One order list

Website, Daraz, chat, manual and counter orders in one queue, with ready views such as To confirm, Payment to check and Late (48 h). Filter by status, payment or sales channel, and search by name, phone or order number.

Point of sale

A Sell screen for walk-in customers: scan or search items, take cash with a keypad and quick amounts, or take a QR payment, and give a receipt. Each counter sale is also an order.

Barcode scanning

Use a barcode scanner, or scan with the device camera. Type a quantity before a scan to add several of the same item at once.

Registers and shifts

Run the cash drawer properly with registers and shifts. A paired register queues cash sales while offline and sends each one exactly once when the internet is back.

One stock count

Inventory is shared by the website, the counter and Daraz, with stock locations, stock counts and transfers between locations, so you do not sell what you no longer have.

Daraz in the same list

Daraz orders arrive with your other orders. Pack them, print the Daraz label and mark them ready to ship, keep linked listings at your stock level and list products on Daraz from Adyvance.

Bulk printing

Print shipping labels, invoices, pick lists and packing slips for many orders at once, on A6 label paper or A4, or save them as a PDF.

Invoices, returns and exchanges

Invoices and credit notes use gap-free numbering. Returns and exchanges are handled from the order, and damaged returns are never put back into stock.

COD checks

Cut fake cash on delivery orders with risk rules, order limits, allow and deny lists, and one-time-code checks on COD orders.

Made for selling in Nepal

Made for cash on delivery

An Unconfirmed COD view lists cash on delivery orders you have not confirmed yet, COD checks flag risky ones, and you can take an advance payment on a COD order before it ships.

Daraz and social selling side by side

Many sellers in Nepal sell on Daraz, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok at the same time. Adyvance keeps all of those orders, and the stock behind them, in one place.

A counter that copes with power cuts

When the internet drops at the shop, a paired register keeps taking cash sales and syncs them when the connection returns, so the queue at the counter keeps moving.

Tax details at the counter

Prices can include VAT or have it added. At the counter, add the buyer's business name and tax number when they need a tax invoice.

Who Orders & POS is for

A clothing shop with a counter and a website

Sells at the counter in the day and online at night, from one stock count, so a kurta sold in the shop disappears from the website.

A Daraz seller

Packs and labels Daraz orders next to website orders, and keeps Daraz stock right without updating Seller Center by hand.

A social seller on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

Turns chats into orders in Sampark, prints labels for the day's parcels in one go and sends them to the courier.

Questions About Orders & POS

Straight answers about Orders & POS in Adyvance.

Ask us on WhatsApp
How do I manage Daraz and website orders together?

Connect your Daraz seller account to Adyvance and Daraz orders arrive in the same order list as your website orders. You can pack Daraz orders, print the Daraz label and mark them ready to ship from Adyvance. Linked Daraz listings get your available stock, so a sale on your website or at your counter also updates Daraz.

What POS software works for a shop in Nepal?

Adyvance has a point of sale built for shops in Nepal that also sell online. It runs in the browser, scans barcodes, takes cash or QR payments, works out the change and gives a receipt number. Every counter sale becomes an order in the same list as your online orders and lowers the same stock count.

Can I use a barcode scanner with Adyvance POS?

Yes. Adyvance POS works with a barcode scanner, and it can also scan with the device camera. Scan an item and it is added to the current sale. If a code matches no product, you can search by name instead, and typing a quantity before a scan adds several at once.

Does the POS work when the internet goes down?

Yes, for cash sales on a paired register. Adyvance keeps the sale on the device with its own receipt number, then sends it to your order list once the internet is back. Each sale is recorded exactly once, even if the connection drops in the middle of a sync.

How do I stop overselling when I sell online and in my shop?

Use one stock count for every channel. In Adyvance, a sale on your website, on Daraz or at the shop counter lowers the same stock, so a product that sells out in one place shows as out of stock everywhere. Stock can be kept by location and moved between locations.

How do I print shipping labels for many orders at once?

Select the orders in Adyvance, press Print and choose shipping labels, invoices, pick lists or packing slips. Choose A6 label paper or A4 and print all of them in one go, or save them as a PDF. Then submit the same orders to Pathao or Nepal Can Move from the selection bar.

How do I handle fake cash on delivery orders?

Adyvance has COD checks for this. Set risk rules and order limits, keep allow and deny lists of customers, and ask for a one-time code on COD orders. Only confirmed orders can go to a courier, so you can call the buyer before you ship.
